Documentary storytelling has become my specialty. I prioritize authenticity and comfort, creating a relaxed and sacred space for all my clients to express themselves organically. Before every session, I tell my clients that I like to be more of a fly on the wall, as I'm a natural observer. Through this approach, real smiles and raw emotions tend to break through and the click of my shutter follows suit. I am there to direct you as well— as most of the clients I photograph have never been in front of a camera, but I've noticed the real magic happens from letting people do their thing!

Film is all about intentionality and slowness, making each photo significant in its own way. Each click of the shutter counts, where I focus not only on you but the emotion and senses felt in that moment. Film encourages living in the moment; there's no instant gratification of seeing the shot, no electronic distractions — just the simple mechanics of a vintage camera. Film is wonderful and enthralling, yet wildly unpredictable. What I find special about this medium is the embrace of imperfection; leading to beautiful results that are cherished for eternity.

My turnaround time is typically up to 3 months for weddings and up to 2 weeks for portraits, branding maternity, family and couples! The day after our session (excluding Sundays), I will drop off the film to my trusted lab, which usually takes 1-2 days to process. I then scan the negatives in-house to a digital file. Although it's not the easiest or most time-effective decision, it gives me the freedom to experiment to my heart's content and produce the quality you deserve. I find it completely worth it!

Photos are delivered through a personalized online gallery with download and printing rights!
