Love at Rosie’s
The bench Natalya and Alex spent hours on their first date, getting to know each other. Amidst the laughter and banter, they both knew— they were each other’s forever.
Eternally swooning over this engagement shoot with Natalya and Alex! I adore them and the love they share for another. Their playfulness and laughs made the night more carefree and granted me the opportunity to capture not just the physical moments, but also the emotions and feelings that come with them. To freeze time in a way that will allow them to look back on these moments and relive them again.
For Natalya and Alex, Rosie’s Wine Garden has become a symbol of their love story. A trifecta of specialty wines, live music, and beautiful scenery truly make this place a perfect first date. The sweet scent of blooming flowers coupled with the chirping of birds, just adds an extra layer of enchantment.
Such a magical spot in the garden. I couldn’t stop gushing! It was hard not to get lost in the intimacy of the moment.
Day 2…
I always find it exciting when clients suggest new locations they’re interested in shooting at. That glimpse into their world is what creates an unspoken connection between us. On day two of our session, we made it out to a speakeasy bar in Southend. Having never shot in such low lighting before, I was nervous, but love a good challenge. Shooting with Reflx Lab 800, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised with the results!
I am extremely thankful to have clients who let me experiment and explore the possibilities of film! The uncertainty of not knowing exactly how the shots will turn out, yet still enjoying the process is thrilling. This is what keeps me going.
Touch of love; shot on digital.
I cannot wait till their wedding. Counting down the days!
